functional limitations into account
- Generate a list of jobs for an individual with functional limitations
by rating individual capabilities and tolerances
- Assess reliability of ratings
- Set item limits to model occupational impacts of functional
limitations
- Read a WRQ report
- Use the O*NET to research the content of unfamiliar jobs
- Collect self-ratings
- Assess convergence: The Compare jobs button
- Compare Job 1 and Job 2
- Use the WRQ to support disability determination for Social
Security
- Estimate wage loss
- Estimate time and expense of retraining
- Use WRQ information to negotiate vocational issues or take
vocational testimony in court
Note:
Data from large-scale studies of WRQ applications are not yet available.
The following applications of PAQ technology are driven by situational
need, scientific logic and the web-based availability of empirical
information resulting from analysis of more than 300,000 jobs in
about 1,500 organizations. We can help design research to validate
hypotheses implied in applications of PAQ/WRQ job information.
